I want to be direct about this.
PostCraft Studio is a tool I built to help people share their articles on social platforms. Here is what I do, and do not do, with your data.
Your content is not used to train AI.
I use OpenAI and Anthropic as AI providers, both via their paid API. Neither of them trains their models on API inputs from paid customers. Your articles and generated assets are not used to train any AI model.
I pay for these APIs specifically because the paid tier comes with stronger data handling guarantees than free tiers.
I do not sell your data.
I do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your account information and uploaded content are used only to provide the service to you.
I review generated outputs.
I occasionally review what the tool generates to make sure it works as expected and to improve the product. This is part of normal product development.
Because of this, please do not upload anything private. This tool is designed for one specific purpose: processing public articles to generate assets that you intend to share publicly. If you have an article you plan to publish, this is for you. If you have private documents, notes, or anything you would not want a stranger to read, please do not upload them here.
I am not saying this because I am going to do something harmful with private content. I am saying this because as a general rule you should not upload private things to websites you do not fully control.
Data I collect.
To create an account I collect your email address and name. I store the articles you upload and the assets generated from them. I keep basic session data to keep you logged in.
I do not run any third-party advertising trackers on this site.
